London to Brighton Bike Ride, 18th June 2006

Martin, Bekky and her friend Rachel all did the London to Brighton bike ride together. It was Martin's 7th time and Bekky and Rachel's 1st. They had all trained together and so were fairly well prepared. It took over 8 hours however, due to the heavy congestion on route, more than anything else. Martin was pleased to have been able to cycle up all of the hills, including the dreaded Ditchling Beacon.
